Any unsolicited resumes submitted to any Cernium employee’s email account, Cernium’s website, or Cernium’s careers site are considered property of Cernium Corporation and are not subject to payment of agency fees.

In order to be an authorized Contract Firm, Recruitment Agency or Professional Search Firm for Cernium Corporation, any such agency or firm must have an existing written agreement signed by the Company and an active working relationship with the Company. Resume submitted by agencies are accepted only by the Director of Human Resources. Even with respect to authorized Contracting Firms, Recruitment Agencies and/or Professional Search Firms if the agency or firm fails to submit resumes through the Director of Human Resources no agency fees will be paid by Cernium Corporation.
